I called to enquire about a flat they had listed I chatted a long while to them. (Leslie, I believe her name was) I told her how refreshing it was to feel like I was speaking to an actual human after speaking with several other estate agents who were very cold and impersonal. Don, Simon, and Chloe were all super friendly, warm, and professional through the process. I really appreciate all the handholding they did for me being a first-time renter in this country. I had an excess of questions which were all answered promptly. If you want to be seen and treated like an individual these are the folks for you.
