Great little business that is a really welcome part of Thornton Heath. Coffee is spot on, prices are great and the staff are a ray of sunshine! Shout out to Renata who is always super friendly and has been supporting the local parks by providing coffee grounds for compost!
I did not have a nice first experience as my enquiries about the bonus card was rudely answered. However, since then they have been polite enough. I met a lady who had moved from costa who was as polite as usual. Coffee is good, opened very early which suits me quite well.
Clearly the best coffee shop, or actually a shop in wide area of Thornton Heath. Coffee is excellent, sandwiches too and decor is decent. Service is warm and friendly. Usually I get served by lovely Kaszia, who is very professional and quick at all times. Today Renata was there too, so what else to say? You've got some great team there :) All the best. V
