I had my wedding dressed dry cleaned by Platinum Dry Cleaners, it was heavily embroidered along the bottom and quite dirty. I was told that it would be difficult to get the dirt out, because of it embedded in the lace and embroidery. When I collected the dress, I was blow away it was like brand new and the stains had pretty much all gone. I also purchased as preservation box, which is beautiful and made a space for my dress to be safely kept. It was folded carefully and put away. I have been so blown away by the service, that I have since taken all dry cleaning, dresses, suits, quilt and repairs which have all been done quickly and of an excellent standard. Any brides will know how difficult it is to trust someone with you dress, as they are sentimental and of great value. I cannot recommend Platinum Dry Cleaners enough! The service is exceptional, the owner is an honest person, who is very friendly and runs a brilliant service.

Sal saved my life! My daughter had two weddings a couple of days apart and needed her silk wedding dress cleaned with a quick turnaround. This dry cleaners was the only one prepared to do it, and boy what a great result, even removed a stain. No other cleaner would do it, wanted one to two weeks for the service! Thank you Sal
My wedding dress was FILTHY, especially after we used dried flower petals for confetti and some of them got inside and "marinated" for several hot and sweaty hours instead the dress until I got out of it. I was absolutely convinced it was irredeemable but I've just collected the dress and I can't fault the service, the professionalism or the results. If I didn't know better I would think the dress had been swapped out for a brand new one, it looks like it's never been worn! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum Dry Cleaners for your wedding dress or other dry cleaning jobs (we've also had badly stations suits (those flowers again) a kilt and a very delicate lace top cleaned and everything came out like new).
