I had the most lovely waxing experience here with Sam. She was so lovely and provided a really great and painless experience. From start to finish she was professional, yet friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Sam next time. Unfortunately I had a bad experience when I last came for a wax, and I do agree with some of the comments saying that more training may be needed, as the last one was very painful and I didn’t think the employee was very pleasant or friendly. But not to end on a bad note, lovely salon, and Sam is brilliant at her job.

Love this place. I used to go to claire when she was doing beauty from her home, and to see what she has done with this place is so amazing. The decor makes me feel luxurious, the staff are so friendly, the treatments are amazing and they often do offers making it really affordable. And claire is super kind and knowledgeable, and always has time for you ♡ 5 stars everytime from me xx
