Really hard to get hold of (never answer their phone) always seem to have staffing issues. Treatments are very poor as well, barley got my cuticles during a manicure, left a lot of hair during a wax and their eyebrow tint comes off pretty much straight away. I also wanted to just simply buy a facial kit from them, which they made VERY difficult and I ended up buying it online. Do not reccomend.
I go here on a regular basis, they are so friendly & professional, the treatments are lovely & always done to a high standard. I’ve had pedicure, massages, facials, exfoliation, eyebrow dye always been brilliant.
My mother Had nails done and the colour starting coming off after a day on my hands and feet. Had it done before and the nail varnish lasted months. Very disappointed. I had a massage the room was cold and the bed was cold not a very good experience.
