I popped in with some gemstones just now, spoke to a really nice lady who was very honest and delt with everything in the fairest way possible. Done exactly as she said she would. Ordered online but never received order from Albone Jewellers Steve Albone refused to give tracking number or to send a replacement. Would question if order was actually sent. O stars.
