Came to the store to get some tropical fishes for my fish tank I have set up at home. The girl was very helpful and I have purchased a couple fishes I've never had before, she recommended. Going back in a week's time for a water test and hopefully getting some more fish.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and overall professional. With a great team they worked efficiently and provided me with the best support for my pet. I was in safe hands that's for sure! I had previously rang in the morning to check on the stock of an item. The assistant was very helpful. When I attended the shop, the assistant remembered my call. She was really nice and so was the assistant who served me as there was a problem accessing my VIP card. Thank you ladies you were so lovely!
